Property Management Services include:
- Monthly/Quarterly Accounts
- Key holding
- Payments of bills including utilities, property taxes, condominium fees etc.
- Monthly monitoring of meter readings
- Weekly/Bi-Weekly Inspections when property is unoccupied which includes checking security, airing the property, reading meters, collecting mail, and special checks after any storms/heavy rain.
- Preparation for Arrivals – turn on heating/aircon as required, airing, welcome packs when required etc.
- Check upon Departure – remove any rubbish, check doors/windows are secure, turn off heating/aircon etc.
- Arrangement of Cleaning, Laundry as required.
- Arrangement of General Maintenance as required.
- Obtain quotes / oversee works & maintenance as required ie: renovations / painting etc.

Holiday Rental Services:
For those wishing to generate income on their properties when not in residence, Emily can organize holiday rentals for you. These services are provided on a commission basis and include:
- Creating an advertisement with reputable rental websites ie: HomeAway(OwnersDirect), TripAdvisor, Airbnb etc.
- Taking bookings, rental fees and security deposits.
- Preparing for and taking care of guests during their stay
- Arranging all car hire, transfers, welcome packs for guests
- 24HR Emergency contact for guests during their stay.
